Imaginary wedding planning!
We aren't sure when we will be able to have an in person wedding but in the meantime, my Pinterest boards are about to have my whole wedding ready to go. lol

I've been obsessed with houseplants since COVID started. I never have been great at keeping them alive but now I'm a serious plant mama.

My biggest priority during lockdown has been my health. Outside of totally transforming my habits, I've been diligent about upleveling my workouts and supplements. To see a full list of what I've been using, you can

I am an oil junkie and this is the only one that I can't live without. I slather this on my face after applying my serums at night and I wake with the softest face. It's vegan and smells like a dream too.

Makür Facial Oil

This has been my go to for years. I sometimes get insomnia or have trouble sleeping the whole evening. A few drops of this and I'm out like a light without the morning grog. Works much faster that pill form for me too.

I am a sucker for a long cardigan. This is the one I live in everyday. I bought it in a 2x because I like my cardigans to be so large they double as blankets. The material of this one is so soft. It's also good for traveling.

If I had to choose the most life changing item on this list, it would be this. It has revolutionized my self care! It has various settings and as soon as I start it, I can feel tension melt away instantly. You need this thing especially if you are working in a chair all day.

I've been collecting lip balms since Jr. high school. This one takes the cake. It's thick but not sticky and smells like dessert. It's also vegan with long lasting moisture. I'm particular about balm being non waxy but not too oily. This is one is the perfect balance.

I collect many candles but this one is a staple at our house. The distinct Capri Blue smell is my absolute favorite. They have a huge variety of sizes but I get the largest one and I don't have to replace it for a year. It adds just the right amount of subtle scent.

I recently got more into pilates and I purchased this to help me get started. This bad boy is no joke. It's well priced and effective but lightweight enough for me to stash it under the couch easily. Love it.

I have tried almost every popular course platform and I've had to come back to Kartra time and time again. I love that they have a really robust affiliate option and the ability to customize is unmatched. There was a little bit of a learning curve but they have an entire education platform which made it easy. I hosted my very first course on Kartra and the students all raved about the user experience. 14 day trial below.

I was a Dubsado user for a long while when my client load was a lot heavier. Now that I've cut back and focused more on online community, I switched over to Honeybook. It's much more user friendly in my opinion and I didn't need as many bells and whistles to create a white glove client experience. I love how intuitive it is and I can handle all my client interaction and billing in one place. I get a clear picture of my financials too which I love.

I love writing but for someone who keeps  a million tabs open, it can be hard to focus. I use Ommwriter which is a writing program that creates a calm writing environment. It has soothing backgrounds and light music that takes up the whole screen so I don't get distracted. I don't know how I wrote without it but I can guarantee I won't be going back. Try it out and let me know what you think. I think you'll love it.

My money manager introduced me to Freshbooks. I really can't deal with overcomplicated systems but I knew I wanted something to track my spending and daily budgets. Freshbooks does that and more. It can be used to send invoices, track time, manage receipts, expenses, and accept credit cards too.

I use ClickUp as my business hub. for everything from quarterly planning to daily to do lists. I signed up when they were pretty new and since then they have made so many upgrades, I have to try to keep up. I love how versatile it is. You can use list view, board view, Kanban, and more. The great thing about them is that you can get started and try it out for free.  I suggest you play around a bit and see if you love it as much as I do.

Business Tools

You've probably heard of Planoly but if not, here's your intro. Planoly is a IG planning app that I've been using since they began. Most grid planning apps are pretty much the same but not Planoly. They provide so much education when you become a member on social media management and grid design as a whole. They also have great analytics and I love the drag and drop feature too. I use it daily.

There's always a debate about which email service provider is best. I think it depends on your list size, how many automations you need, and what kind of analytics you need. The majority of business owners I meet do extremely well with Flodesk. I love it because it gets to the point. Everything is easy to figure out and the designs are so good. I have recommended them to so many of my friends and client's and everyone is always so pleased with it.

So here's the real deal: I am a tools nerd. Every new program I find, I have to try it! So many of them have been game changers for my business or for my client's biz. These are the current ones that I use often and highly recommend. I have a bunch more so if you're interested in any recommendations, hit the Mavenelle IG and leave me a comment.
